How to install the oil boom fence?
1. Before arranging the booms, the first thing to do is to connect
the booms to the required length: attach each 20-meter boom to the
required length. When connecting the booms, loop rope and splint
can be used, and anchor seat should be set in advance at the
position where the anchors are to be used. In addition, the
intermediate steel plate and its auxiliary materials had better
