Basic introduction to PVC membrane material

Coating: waterproof, adapt to climate, anti ultraviolet, fire, anti wrinkle, anti low temperature, wear resistance, anti enzyme, resistance to decomposition

Base fabric: stretch length, elongation, spatial stability, flammability

Surface coating: stain resistance, self-cleaning, scratch resistance, anti-stick, weather resistance, UV protection, smooth/reflectivity

Base fabric and coating: adhesive, tear resistance, light transmittance

Feature:

1). Excellent fire resistance, high temperature resistance, which meets the high requirements of fire protection.

2). High security. It has good seismic performance because of its light weight flexible structure and Larger deform-ability.

3). Good transmittance. The film has excellent anti ultraviolet and anti-aging properties. The surface of membrane is smooth and elastic, so the dust is hard to penetrate. After scouring, it will restore its original clean surface.

4). Low energy consumption ,long lifespan ,heat insulation ,good self-cleaning properties ,production period is short.

Notes for use of PVC membrane material

1, PVC construction membrane material must prevent surface wear, scratch, scratch and so on.

2, membrane material should be stored in a dry and clean place.

3, can not use solvent (such as alcohol, rosin water, acetone and so on) cleaning cleaning membrane material.

4, can not use strong alkaline detergent cleaning membrane material.

5, clean dust: after washing with clean cold or hot water, dry with a dry cloth or blow dry with the wind.

6, clean organic matter such as bird droppings: can be cleaned with water; It can also be cleaned with a dry cloth after spraying detergent.
